These weekly evening classes are led by an experienced and diverse team to bring you a different kind of prenatal class. Geared towards midwifery patients, these classes will dive deep into helping you discover your inner knowing, trust the birthing process, and feel empowered and informed. These classes combine meditation, mindfulness, knowledge, connective and interactive exercises, and hands-on practice to complete your birth preparation.

Cost: $180/couple

Location: Lucina Midwives West Clinic (14615 104 Ave NW, Edmonton)

Time: 6:00-8:30pm Wednesday Evenings (4 weeks)

Refund Policy: If cancelling 30+ days from event date a full refund will be issued. Due to high demand and limited spaces, 50% of tuition is non-refundable within 11-30 days of event. No refunds will be given if cancelling within 10 days of event.

This workshop is NOT for you if you are:

  • seeking a teacher/student classroom style of learning

  • interested in passive learning (these classes are engaging and interactive)

  • wanting to be told how you should give birth by an authority figure

  • uncomfortable with inclusive language and an inclusive group setting (ALL are welcome in this group)

  • not willing to challenge or reflect on ANY of your beliefs about childbirth
